OLVA is a botless AI meeting assistant built by Mindle Inc. It provides live transcription, automatic question detection, private answers and coaching during meetings, followed by summaries and searchable meeting memory. Privacy at a glance
Your meetings stay yours
OLVA does not store voice recordings or voiceprints.
Meeting audio is processed in real time for transcription, then discarded. OLVA does not create or store a recording of your voice, meeting audio, meeting video, or a biometric voiceprint.
OLVA stores meeting transcripts, not audio.
Transcripts are stored securely for your reference and are private to your account unless you choose to share or export them through OLVA’s supported features and integrations.
OLVA does not train on your data.
Your meeting content is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve general-purpose foundation or shared AI models.
You control your data.
You can access, manage, and delete supported meeting and account content using product controls or by contacting support, subject to the retention and backup terms in the Privacy Policy. A short citeable restatement is on How OLVA handles meeting privacy.
No silent guests.
OLVA does not join your meeting as an audio-recording bot or appear as another participant. It works from your device, and you remain responsible for any notice or consent required for transcription.
Product and platform
- Meeting contexts: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, Webex, and in-person conversations.
- Apps: macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Live capabilities: speaker-separated transcription with language detection, question detection, a live-insight switch, answers, coaching, Dashboard, and help from a reusable meeting context.
- After meetings: summaries, minutes, action items, slide decks, searchable memory, follow-up Q&A, and exports.
- Languages: The default Soniox speech provider supports 60 spoken languages with automatic detection. You can select multiple languages being spoken. Options differ when another speech provider is configured; translation output is a separate setting.
- Plans: Basic, Plus, Pro, and Ultra have public prices. Enterprise, Teams, and Enterprise+ are contact-sales plans. Check current public pricing.
Capture, processing, and storage
No roster bot. On macOS and Windows, OLVA captures microphone and system audio for online and in-person meetings without joining as a participant. Users remain responsible for required notice, consent, workplace policy, and legal compliance.
Mobile capture. On iOS and Android, OLVA uses the microphone for in-person conversations. It does not capture another app’s system audio. Capture can pause when the app moves into the background or another app takes audio focus; return to OLVA to check and resume capture.
Screen sharing. Bot-free capture keeps OLVA off the meeting roster. Desktop Incognito is a separate Pro/Ultra feature that hides the OLVA window from supported screen-sharing capture. It is not a guarantee against every capture or detection tool; verify your screen-sharing setup.
Cloud transcription. Audio is streamed to Soniox, the default speech provider, or to Deepgram when configured. OLVA does not store meeting audio or video on its systems.
AI processing. Relevant transcript, prompt, meeting, and document context can be processed by OpenAI for selected AI features. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before important decisions.
Stored content. OLVA stores transcripts, meeting metadata, documents and extracted chunks where used, prompts, outputs, and related product data according to the Privacy Policy.
Model training. OLVA states that it does not use customer meeting transcripts, prompts, documents, or other Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve general-purpose foundation or shared AI models.
Deletion. You can delete supported meeting, transcript, and document content in the product. You can schedule account deletion from mobile Settings, the web account page, or the desktop app. Product access ends when deletion is scheduled, and OLVA deletes the account and its meeting data after 7 days. You can cancel during those 7 days. Backup copies may still expire on their existing cycle. See the Privacy Policy.
Integrations and workflows
OLVA supports native Notion export and signed outbound webhooks. Notion can receive reviewed meeting output, while webhooks let customers build downstream workspace, project, or CRM automation. See the Notion and webhook workflow and webhook developer guide.
