Subprocessors
Olva uses a small set of trusted subprocessors to run core product functions. This page lists who they are and the data they may process.

Overview
These providers support infrastructure, authentication, billing, transcription, AI, calendar integrations, and hosting. We limit access to data required for each provider's role.

| Deepgram | Speech-to-text transcription | Audio streams and audio-derived data needed to generate transcripts |
| OpenAI | AI-generated insights, summaries, answers, and document-aware assistance | Prompts, transcripts, meeting context, document snippets, and generated outputs |
| Google sign-in and Google Calendar integration | Authentication details and authorized calendar event data | |
| Microsoft | Microsoft sign-in and Microsoft Calendar integration | Authentication details and authorized calendar event data |
